- Mini bar (small fridge) in the room was a plus
- Breakfast although simple (coffee and pastry), it was a nice addition, it is a voucher for the local Cafe Forria nearby and it opens at 7 in the morning.
- Neighborhood has an original and interesting vibe
- Relatively clean room with AC, TV and a small safe box
- Basic toiletries and 3 towels included
- Check in from 13:00 was great
- Wifi was good
- Kind host
- There are just a few steps to enter the room, I mention it for people with mobility difficulties
- Room and bathroom were generally clean but some details can be improved like the ceiling in the bathroom
- Bed mattress could be improved in the future with an anatomical one, it would be a great investment

Location was a little out of main city centre, so quieter in evenings, as well off main road, but close enough to bus routes. Room had a king sized comfortable bed, together with lots of pillows for choice and storage spaces, with personal fridge, wall safe and good Wifi connection. Both bathrooms were spacious and had full range of choices, with lots of hot water. Kitchen was fully equipped to cook with microwave or oven and lots of crockery choices, as well as tables and chairs. All cleaning products for washing up or cleaning bathroom if wanted.
A kettle would have saved using microwave to heat water for tea. A towel hook or rail in room for drying would have been useful.
