L’ospitalità, la cura nei dettagli e i servizi offerti.
Bellissime le zone spa e piscine, ambedue, sia zona “famiglie” che lato “adult only”.
Stanze accoglienti, in legno caldo e dotate di tutti i comfort.
Dalla colazione fino alla cena vasta scelta di ottimi cibi e abbinamenti gourmet.
Personale sempre disponibile e con il sorriso,
Abbiamo avuto il piacere di “legare” un po di più con Giovanni e devo fare i complimenti per la professionalità, simpatia e i consigli utili!
Se proprio devo essere pignolo l’unica cosa che mi ha un po lasciato perplesso sono i cuscini del letto, praticamente inconsistenti.

View, Location, pool zone
Restaurant staff/ waiters (only kind to you if you give out money for drinks),
no water on the table - only need to order,
Old facilities in the room (new, most expensive rooms, I assume are better..),
Waiters and cook can't/doesn't want to prepare your food as you like, but only do it as they think is proper way
Also, hotel management likes russian traditions, which they promote at the SPA...
Please keep in mind that this is my own subjective opinion, and if you disagree with me, that's your opinion.
