Simona ist eine extrem aufmerksame Gastgeberin, die uns mit zahlreichen Geheimtipps zu Viareggio (beste Pizzeria, Megaeisdiele um die Ecke u.a.) und Lucca versorgte. Ihre Wohnung ist liebevoll eingerichtet und bietet alles, was man für einen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Balkone sind hübsch und bieten Platz für ein nettes Glas Wein für 2 Personen. Das Meer erreicht man in ca 10 Minuten, geparkt haben wir auf einem der kostenfreien begehrten Parkplätze am Straßenrand in der Nähe.

There is not much to add since the previous reviews say it all, and I can confirm every word is true. Simona is an outstanding host—highly attentive, helpful, and welcoming. She went above and beyond by cooking a delicious, authentic homemade Tuscan dinner for my family and sharing her excellent homemade wine with us.
The location of the apartment is perfect: a short walk to the beach, local restaurants, and the train station. An easy 10/10. Highly recommended!

The property fits well a family and has all necessary items. there are paid parking places near by. The host reacts promptly to our messages.
I think the apartment is in an older building that has a high level of humidity which leads to moldy environment. The bathroom is quite small and with signs of rust and mold. The wardrobe inside also smells a bit. The apartment was clean but the high humidity was causing all the mentioned problems.

It was close to the train station and beach as well as a decent supermarket - all within 8 or 9 minute walk. Balcony was welcome
We didn't like the spiral staircase as it was awkward carrying bags up to living area. The shower took ages to warm up and wasn't very powerful and decor (although we knew it as the pictures on the website were realistic) wasn't to our liking. Also the lady, Simona, seemed to use the apartment - downstairs only perhaps for storage - as on a few occasions we could hear a conversation 'downstairs'. While in Italy we had stayed in a few places - this was probably the worst and if I was rating it it would be a 5 out of ten.
