I liked the attitude of the staff . I requested for an early check-in which they could not accomodate but allows me to keep my luggage .
The inflexibility in allowing me an early check-in only two hours before scheduled check/in

Staff was friendly
We were billed twice and the manager of the concerned OYO was not available to validate the payment I had done online. The receptionist did not have the data on the payments and made us pay twice for the same booking. Despite multiple reminders the manager did not attempt to rectify the issue.
