All Decked Out - Modern holiday home with great covered outdoor entertaining space in handy location
All Decked Out is a spacious modern home with multiple living/entertaining areas both inside and out and there is also now a small sleepout at the back of the section with two single beds in it. The modern kitching/dining living flows out onto decks front and back, with the back covered deck including an open fireplace and plastic blinds for a cozy spot on cooler evenings. There is also a second living space which opens out onto a third deck. For your coffee fix just bring your own pods for the Nespresso machine.
The property is well positioned for the sun and is fully fenced, perfect for the kids to run around on and even better is pet friendly. NB: Pets are permitted outside only and not on the outdoor furniture. The outdoor deck with kennel is a cozy spot for pets.
Quail Way is a quiet cul de sac, set back from the hustle bustle of Mangawhai Heads but only a 10-20 minute walk to the estuary, golf course, Mangawhai Activity Zone for the kids, bush walks and the Heads shopping complex with various shops , cafes and takeaways.
You're perfect summer or winter escape is waiting for you here - come and experience All Decked Out.

Photos don’t do it justice. Wonderful space to enjoy family catchup. Cleverly designed to maximize space and comfort.

We really enjoyed the property to it's full extent. It had great spaces for the age range of our group (young adults and two parents. Very comfortable and plenty of seating in and out. Loved the new flooring. We made use of the fireplace and roasted marshmallows. Thought the vacinity was great for both access to supermarket, beach etc. Good spot. Very pleased and would definitely stay again. Our experience of local toasted sandwich takeaway was disappointing - rude comments about us being "Aucklanders arriving early" - which we aren't even Aucklanders. However every where else we went was very hospitable and pleasant. Three markets - two local and then Waipu on the Sunday. Beauty weather for Labour Weekend. We did great Mangawhai Cliffs walk and another walk near bowling club. Would come back.

Stay was very relaxing weather wasn’t very cooperative wet and windy which didn’t leave much else to do but Bach was great with suppling Jigsaws and games. All in all a chillaxing time
