Location very good. Lovely common spaces, lovely common living rooms and kitchenette! WiFi perfect.

The reception was open only from 13:00-20:00 but a few times it was closed berore 20:00. The owner a lady was quite rude when I arrived earlier and found her there accidentalyy. She was saying that reception is open at 13:00. Her English was fine so no t an issue of misanderstanting.... I said I only want to store my luggage until opening times. She was shockingly rure. However Ticiano the employee at teh reception was a very polute and happy person, a contracst to that rude person. Secondly when the reception was closed, the internal courtyard was closed as well.....

Beautiful places all over

Sooo many mosquitos, it was actually crazy.

It was easy to find. A location felt very safe. Parking price was ok. Room was nice, it had aircon, clean and comfortable room and bathroom. Tovels were soft and there was enough water for all of us :D There were very nicew restaurants around he place. The city is a walking distance to. Kids were able to walk there. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The only disadvantage was that our room was on the 2nd or 3rd floor, and the lift was only for luggage, so it was a bit of a trouble for kids to klimb the stairs. Everything else was very pleasant, staff was very friendly and helpful.

Location was great. Close to transportation yet outside the ZTL.

The AC kept switching off at night. There were mosquitoes in the room.
