Great location and very spacious
Too dark but good lighting

Very good location. Easy to get to the arena and its very central.
Towels and bedding clean.
Kitchen not well equipped. For example, only two, very small and mismatched water glasses but 12 bowls. No chopping board and only two plates and cups. Suggest owner does a regular inventory.
No cloth for washing or drying dishes apart form a previously well used spongetex - not very clean.
Bathroom needs a refit - existing wallpaper mouldy, shower doors off their rails etc
The key was in the box - but the door was wide open when we arrived.
Could be lovely but not quite there!

Everything
I can't understand why anyone would review this place negatively. It was a fantastic spot.
Amazing value for money, spotlessly clean and in a fantastic location.

Location
Limited availability of towels. Pillows were very poor. Only two (2!) hangers in the wardrobe! No cookies, complementary water and creamer for the coffee.
