Good location, but disappointing service and maintenance The location is quite good, with supermarkets and plenty of eateries nearby. We were specifically looking for vegetarian food options, though, and found those a little difficult to find in the immediate area. But basic, milk, eggs, bread, fruits were easily available. The room itself was bright and reasonably comfortable, and having cooking facilities was one of the main reasons we chose this property, especially since we were travelling with a toddler.

Check-in is at 3 PM and check-out at 11 AM. We requested just 1 hour early check-in as we were travelling with a toddler, but were told early check-in would cost extra before 2.30 PM additional 50RM and before 12 PM 100 RM. We arrived at 2:30 PM and eventually reached the room after 3 PM. Our biggest issue was the faulty induction cooker. We specifically mentioned before arrival that we needed working kitchen facilities because our toddler doesn't eat outside food. The induction kept switching off and later started showing errors. We reported it and sent photos as requested, but received no response for more than 24 hours. They eventually tried to fix it after we contacted them through Booking.com, but the issue remained. We wasted a lot of time waiting for it to work. I also requested a room change but received no response. Communication through Booking.com was poor, and we were asked to call another number instead. Housekeeping also needs improvement. The kitchen cloth and utensil scrubber were extremely dirty, so we bought our own. After housekeeping, our container of homemade seasoning for our child's food went missing. It may sound like a small thing, but it was brought specifically because our child is particular about food. Combined with the faulty induction, this made cooking for our toddler very difficult. Our concern about the missing item was also not taken seriously. Cleanliness was average. The balcony and some room corners were not properly cleaned.
