The Villa is a tranquil oasis tucked in a cul de sac off a main road. The rooms are spacious and the pool and garden area is a real treat. Pool nice and deep too. We were 6 adults and found plenty of space to be together or separate as wanted. The kitchen is well equipped and the barbecue outside got a lot of use during our week. Transport wise there are bus stops into town 200m away and the cote d azur app was easy to use and covered the buses and trams. Uber was also pretty available and cost effective - even to go into Monaco. All in all a great find.

Competed in the Ironman World Championship and brought my adult children. The home was as described close enough to the port and Promenade race venue and super market close by! Lise, the owner/property manager was terrific, would stay again without hesitation!

We had a fabulous 10 night stay at this property, celebrating my parents 40th wedding anniversary. The villa is spacious, well kept with plenty of space to relax and enjoy the various sun spots. The photographs available when booking genuinely do not do the property justice - we found that it’s superseded what we had thought it would be.The large pool and beautiful outside spaces are perfect for children and adults alike. Each of the bedrooms are a good size and we found them to be comfortable. The property is a 30 minute walk from Nice Old Town (well worth a visit for the incredible choice of places to eat, markets and great vibes) and roughly the same distance from Nice’s busy but gorgeous pebbly beach. But the icing on the cake for our stay has to be the properties fabulous manager, Lise. From answering our (many!) questions months before our check-in date to so kindly accommodating a slightly earlier check-in, which was a huge help with two children in our group, she helped to make every part of the process a joy from start to finish. Highly recommended as the perfect base to stay in when exploring the wonders of Nice. Thanks so much for having us!
