The kids loved the food, the pool and the fact that it is very close to the beach (on teb beach actually 😀) But pay attention which part of the hotel you are located as it is spread over the bigger property that is located at the beach but also across the street, restaurant is as well a bit further and you need to exit your hotel facility and cross the main street than you have another pool areas ,restaurant and play area. They clean rooms daily. Also I have to mention they have barista coffee (quite good coffe) compared to another hotels that we stayed in as Sa Coma. Snack bar war amazing as they have warm food from 14 till 17h.

You need ro walk out of the beach part of the hotel to get to the dinning area. You can wash you clothes but they hadn't have in house laundry service it is a company they work with , and its pricy. 18€ for 3kg of laundry.

Big hotel with a lot of services and things for my kids. Big pools, front sea. Food offert was wide and with a lot of locals dishes. Wide room and small kitchen to support my stay.

During my stay, I had several interactions with the reception team. While most of my experience was positive, I felt that a few responses from some staff members could have been more welcoming and helpful. As it was my first visit to Hipotels Mediterraneo Club and I was traveling alone with my two young daughters, I particularly appreciated support and understanding. A warmer approach and a friendly smile would have further enhanced an otherwise good experience and would have been more in line with the high quality associated with the hotel.

Lots of different pools. And enough pool chairs. Good food in the buffet for all meals.

The hotel is divided by the Main Street through the city. I didn’t know that prior to going there and it was a big minus. Our hotel room smelled like sewer for a few days. The hotel is very big and I would prefer something smaller next time. The restaurant was very noisy!
