Appartement indépendant au rez-de-chaussée, entièrement rénové, dans la résidence Island Village, situé dans un quartier calme de la Costa Adeje, à proximité du célèbre parc SIAM et des parcs aquatiques Aqualand. Belle piscine, idéal pour quatre personnes ou en famille, peut accueillir jusqu'à six personnes. Le point culminant, cependant, est la plus grande terrasse indépendante de 40 mètres carrés, équipée avec table et chaises pour le petit déjeuner, le déjeuner et le soir en plein air. L'emplacement est idéal car il proche de tout sans être dans le chaos de Playa de Las Americas et Los Cristianos. L'appartement est d'environ 70 mètres carrés, avec deux chambres doubles équipées de placards et deux salles de bains. Grande salle de séjour avec cuisine complète avec des appareils inclus. Parfait pour quatre personnes, confortable pour 6. Egalement disponible gratuitement lit et chaise haute.

Just perfect! Exactly what we were looking for. The apartment was spotless and so spacious, the outdoor area was excellent and some days we had the communal pool to ourselves. Perfect location, 10-15 minute walk downhill to the beachfront / restaurants / bars etc. 5 euros for taxi.We will most definitely be back, Massimo was brilliant to deal with.

Lovely apartment and was exactly what we were looking for as it was close to water parks but quiet at night! Would stay here again for future holiday

The property was exactly as advertised and was brilliant! It was very spacious, the beds were comfortable, the air con a must and the fans in the bedrooms. It was well equipped with all kitchen requirements which was great, plenty of plates, glasses etc

Spent a week here with my husband, daughter & grandson. The villa was very clean & very spacious. Most of what we needed was there (a couple of recommendations' given direct to owner!) If you're going with a child in a buggy be aware there are several steps to the villa but not a problem if there's two of you to carry! The 'village' is in need of maybe some attention to paving's etc but not unsightly just a little tired. The pool area was very clean and not busy at all whilst we were there. You do hear a bit of noise from Aqualand which is just across the road but nothing we couldn't handle. It's a good 20 min walk DOWN hill to the main resort where there are numerous bars and restaurants to chose from, plenty of supermarkets too, obviously that means UP hill on way back :( taxi's however are easy to get and cost 5 euro's) all in all we had a very pleasant stay here, the communication between us and Massimo was excellent before and during our stay.
