Ce rez-de-jardin est idéalement situé à l’angle Frishman / Kikar Dizengoff ; à 100 m de Ben Yehuda et Bograshov (restaurants, bars et boutiques). A 6 minutes à pieds de la plage et en plein cœur de Tel Aviv, vous pourrez apprécier toutes les facettes de la ville.
L’appartement a été entièrement rénové. Tous les meubles "vintage" ont été soigneusement chinés et lui confèrent une atmosphère lumineuse très particulière, parfaite combinaison de confort et de romantisme. Un coin de paradis en plein cœur de Tel Aviv !
Rez-de-jardin, l’appartement (70 m²) se compose d’un jardin privatif (60 m²), d’un salon TV câblée, de 2 chambres à coucher (1 avec lit double, 1 avec 2 lits individuels) et d’une salle de bains indépendante avec douche à l’italienne. Il peut accueillir 4 personnes.
Cuisine ouverte entièrement équipée donnant sur la salle à manger (6 personnes), Wifi, machine Nespresso, lave-vaisselle, lave-linge et sèche-linge. Les draps et serviettes de maison sont fournis.
L’accès aux transports publics (Ben Yehuda/Dizengoff/Pinsker) est exceptionnel: 10’ de Jaffa avec le bus 10; 10’ du Shuk Hakarmel avec le bus 4; 20’ de la Gare Centrale des bus et trains avec les bus/shirout 5. Station Vélib à 100 m.
Possibilité de parking gardé 24/7 à 100 m de l'appartement!

I stayed here with my fiancé & one other friend. We had a great stay! The location was absolutely perfect(close to restaurants, the beach, the market & pharmacy). Everything worked well in the apartment (air, tv, laundry machine, good shower). The hosts were also sooo welcoming & super easy to connect with if we ever needed anything!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Fabulous welcome by the owner Carole, with detailed info about the apartment and surrounding area. The welcome provisions were also really appreciated. The apartment is ideally situated in the heart of Tel Aviv and we could easily get around by foot. Perfect place for a family.

Just spent a week with wife and daughter in this wonderful appartment. Many of the attractions of Tel Aviv could be reached on foot - the beach is only a few minutes away, the Carmel Market and the amazing Art Musuem etc., are all easy to get to. The appartment itself was immaculate with a very comfortable bed, a well equipped kitchen, a shady garden terrace, air-conditioning and a great shower. We were very well looked-after by Elie, who greeted us with loads of tips about what to see, where to eat, etc. He was always ready to help or answer questions - which he did very promptly. What could be better than watching the sunset from the beach while drinking a cocktail, then wandering back to our home-from-home. Strongly recommend.

They were very informative and friendly.
They had some food for us the night we arrived.
Eli went above and beyond the call of duty by changing his internet subscription service and installing cable so that I could have my two weeks of meetings in peace.
There was plenty of space. The shower was great.
They will be doing some modifications after we left to improve the place.
The outside space would be great for the hot months.
VERY conveniently located, walk to the beach and many places.
