Bel appartement, 150 m2, grande terrasse, orientation parfaite, soleil toute la journée.
6 km de Monaco, à une heure de l'aéroport de Nice, parking privé, accès direct à la plage, climatisation x2, 2 minutes du train et du bus, 2 tv, chaines internationales, wifi, ascenseur, stéréo, cheminée..Vous pouvez avoir dîner sur la plage, 3 restaurants fantastiques, club nautique à louer planche à voile ou paddle, pédalo, activités pour les enfants aussi ...

THE VIEW. Simply amazing. We spent our time at the house on the deck, overlooking the water and listening to the waves gently hit upon the rocks (the beach is all rock). The furnishings are basic, but comfortable. Very easy to catch the train to many locations. You can take an hour hike (strenuous) to EZE, and it was well worth the hike if you are fit. The address will be confusing if you call an Uber, so we just took the short (3 minutes) walk to the train station and would meet the Uber there.

We stayed for 3 days with no car. This is minutes walk to train station. We cooked in the unit, kitchen is well equipped. Véranda was wonderful to sit and relax. Beds were comfortable with sounds of waves crashing the shore to lull you to sleep.Shopping for groceries requires coordination but not too difficult.

We loved our vintage 70's penthouse on the sea. It was comfortable and the location was fantastic. Everything we needed was there. The only negative was that the floors were REALLY uneven, with random 1-inch, 3-inch, or 6-inch steps up and down between each room. We all tripped multiple times daily, lol. That, and the elevator is SKETCH. I got stuck in it and almost passed out from claustrophobia (again, lol). All-in-all, we would still stay here again and I recommend this cute little place on the sea!
