Me and All Hotel Flims, by Hyatt

Very friendly and helpful front desk reception who went out of her way to assist us first-time visitors with useful travel tips. The beautiful Studio room was immaculately clean and our view from the room was the spectacular town scenery with the mountains as backdrop. The hotel is also situated inside Stenna Flims, which had some shops and a Coop supermarket. The Flims Bergbahnen was also in the same building, and the bus stops right in front of the Stenna had very convenient connections to Caumasee, Il Spir and the surrounds. Flims is amazingly beautiful during our autumnal visit. We hope to return in a different season soon.

Hard to pick at the minor details, when we thoroughly enjoyed our short stay as a family.

The family room is amazing, cosy, comfortable and fully accessorized for a long stay with kids. The coop supermarket is so easy with the kids. Great breakfast with gluten free aware

Lovely modern 2 room apartment that was really comfortable!

The location is the only bright spot really. This is a very modern styled hotel in complete contrast to the others in Flims with which we are familiar. If you don't mind the "design" style only the location makes this a place to consider.

Ridiculous internal arrangements of the darkly lit rooms with basins, shower and toilet with dark glass between all three!! Horrible "abattoir chic" carpet and useless furniture in the room replicated throughout the hotel. No internal telephone in room - one has to send messages!! Fridge and safe were non-functioning on arrival and not repaired during our stay. Great location with resort lifts within yards of the back of the hotel. This is a very modern styled hotel in complete contrast to the others in Flims with which we are familiar. If you don't mind the "design" style only the location makes this a place to consider.
