Découvrez 'Keys Style' vivant dans l'un de ces deux chambres à coucher, deux demi-duplex de bain à Key Colony Beach. Dînez et détendez-vous dehors à l'ombre de la cabane Tiki au bord de l'eau, entourée de palmiers, tout en profitant de la brise! Décoré magnifiquement avec des œuvres d'art originales, des sculptures sur bois, des sculptures et des meubles en bambou! Profitez de la vue sur le canal depuis votre salon tropical. La chambre principale a un lit King, et la chambre d'hôtes contient un lit queen. Cuisine spacieuse avec comptoirs en granit, lave-vaisselle, micro-ondes, laveuse / sécheuse, et table à manger bloc client à l'intérieur, et quatre table à manger à l'extérieur sous la cabane Tiki. Les deux unités ont la climatisation centrale, et un barbecue à gaz extérieur avec des réservoirs de propane. Le salon et les chambres King disposent tous d'une télévision et d'un DVD dans le salon. Idéalement situé avec un accès facile et immédiat à l'océan, et le golfe à travers Vaca Cut à quelques minutes de la meilleure pêche au monde, plongée en apnée et plongée. Dock est de 37 pieds de long avec de l'eau potable et de l'eau douce, table de nettoyage des poissons et congélateur d'appâts. Deux vélos cruiser complémentaires sont également inclus pour votre plaisir. Cette propriété vous donnera envie d'expérimenter 'Tiki Time' pour vos sorties tropicales année après année!
Un avantage supplémentaire - l’abonnement privé à la piscine et à la plage du Cabana Club est inclus avec ces unités, ce qui vous permet d’accéder à une plage privée et à une piscine chauffée à quelques pâtés de maisons du Tiki’s et directement sur l’océan!

This place was absolutely perfect for us. We had two adults. Having the outside fridge and freezer to be able to use for additional things was very convenient. Having the boat slip and dock for our friends to pick us up on their way out to the waters was great. The king size bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Location was great, not far from anything you need and restaurants. This place has everything you would need and want for a comfortable stay. I would highly recommend!! Thank you!!!

We were very pleased with the property, the location and access to the Cabana Club. The place was spotless and suited our needs. I bicycle and my husband golfs, so this Key was perfect for us. It's a par three course but he still got to swing his clubs.

The property had everything we needed. Fully stocked kitchen, washer & dryer. Comfortable beds and furniture. A nice place to relax outside along the canal and we could fish in the canal. Everything was clean. Plenty of room for everyone. Getting in and out was easy. We didn't need to contact anyone for anything.

This was perfect for our family. It has good parking and a boat dock. The dock has some uneven boards and no cleats. There is a fish cleaning station and hose on the dock. The tiki hut and lounge chairs for outside living are perfect. It has a grill and laundry facility. Although outdated, the furnishings were comfortable and functional. The lighting was not great and many lamps were broken. The blinds in the living room were not functional but we had them open most of the time for the view. A few notes- there is a renovation happing next door that looks to be in the early stages as of July 2025. It was loud during the day and we were unable to be outside during the day. The place also has an ant problem. I had to keep all food in ziplock bags and was constantly wiping the counters in the kitchen and family bathroom. Finally, this home was not well stocked with necessary home items. There was half a roll of paper towels and 3 rolls of TP when we arrived. No trash bags, ziplock bags, Kleenex, laundry soap, dish soap, cleaning supplies, napkins, extra paper towels or TP, coffee, etc. There were very few spices. We had to get all of those things so thankfully there were groceries stores close. There was a good assortment of cookware and a very easy kitchen to cook in. All of that being said, we would stay here again. You can’t beat the location and boat access. It has access to a beach Cabana Club with a pool for those who don’t like to boat. It wasn’t fancy but perfect for us!
