The location was good. Away from but within easy walking distance of the historic centre and also the port. Room was a good size. Coffee machine and kettle in room. Near to metro station.
Wi-Fi connection was quite week. Some traffic noise from main road.

We booked the spa suite in Comfort Zone Naples, but ended up not using it. The room was clean and spacious, but the whole place is a bit tired, including the facilities. It is located in a historic building so essentially it is a flat conversion which makes it a bit strange. Respectively, the location is fantastic, just off the main downtown area of Naples.
The internet in our room was virtually nonexistent. All rooms have separate WiFi networks. Ours didn't. We connected to the room next door, but the connection was unstable and when available, it was so poor that my work laptop refused to use it. I ended up using a roaming hotspot from my phone for work.
Breakfast can also be improved considerably. The food choice was poor - few pastries and filtered coffee.

The room was comfortable and the hostess was amazing. She left many complimentary treats and water. The location was good very close to the port where we walked to in the morning.
Everything was good.
