Perfect apartment. It is very spacious, clean and comfortable. It's 1-2 min walk from the train station and bus station. The host provided clear instructions for check in and allowed early check in. Highly recommended. Loved the sofa too :)
It would be nice if shampoo and a shower curtain were provided.
City tax had to be paid in cash. It should be paid with the booking as not everyone carries cash nowadays.

apartment is big, cosy a lot of wooden furniture which supports mountain atmosphere.
Equipment is ok. There is everything for simple cooking.
Located close to the Tatra mountains trails. Many restaurants in neighborhood. It's great base for hiking in Tatra mountains.
for us it wasn't big issue cause we woke up very early to go to high parts of Tatra mountains but there is train station just next to the building and trains starts going around 5AM. Also trains announcing can be annoying for someone. So if you want to sleep longer ear plugs is a must there.
