Comfort Suites Vacaville-Napa Valley Area

Very clean and comfortable

The breakfast could have more options

Clean, close to everything, no freeway noise. Comfortable beds. Breakfast offered (didn’t use this though) Excellent value

Kinda weird pillows

The staff was friendly and went out of their way to make sure my stay was comfortable.

The inside mkt could have more variety of products/goods

Beds where ok, pool was good

Our rooms door did not close completely and left a good size gab. Couch bed was horrible with springs coming up. Walls are absolutely paper thin and we could hear a normal conversation in the room next door. Some of the staff were not very nice and kind of rude and the fact that every night we had to walk around to the front just to get in was absolutely ridiculous! We where traveling for a vendor show so but by the time we would get back, we would have to walk around from the back of the parking lot to the front and through the building to open the door to bring our kids and stuff in. All because they chose to lock the door and stop all cards from working and not tell anyone this was the case. We also understand system issues, but we had to have our key cards remade multiple times. Another issue, was the unexpected unexplained 60% deposit hold that they charged. The only reason I found out why I had over a 200 additional charge on my card is because I went to find out why I had a pending charge that was why more than I was told/expected to be.
