New Listing - Awesome Beachfront Condo !!!
Notre condo 8ème étage récemment rénové à Saida IV a une vue imprenable sur le golfe. Notre balcon est à l'ombre tout l'après-midi avec une belle brise de mer. Il y a 3 piscines, 3 bains à remous, 4 courts de tennis, un jeu de palets, des repas au bord de la piscine et des cabanes de bar (en saison). À distance de marche des magasins, des restaurants et du Schlitterbahn, Saida est un endroit idéal pour les familles ou les adultes.
Notre condo a tous les nouveaux appareils électroménagers, planchers, une laveuse / sécheuse, et nous vous donnons accès au placard des propriétaires avec chaises de plage, jouets, boogie / skim boards, raquettes de tennis, etc.) Un avantage considérable pour garder votre emballage au minimum!

I love how the host was very detailed oriented when it came to the check-in process. everything was smooth sailing and the condo itself was very clean. It is an older condo, but I knew that going in and it still gave a very cozy vibe and my family really enjoyed staying there. The only issue I had was that theWi-Fi in the master bedroom wasn’t working but the living room TV was working just fine. Other than that. Everything was excellent. The pools were clean. The Jacuzzis were warm and it was an easy access of walking to the beach. I would definitely recommend this place for any future families interested in booking.

We enjoyed staying at the condo which was nicely stocked with items we needed for cooking and hanging out at the beach. Condo was clean and comfortable with a great view of the beach. It is located close to the elevators and luggage trolleys are available to transfer all of your stuff from parking lot to the front door. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront condo! The condo was incredibly spacious, clean, and had everything we needed for a relaxing vacation. The location was perfect, and we had an amazing time enjoying the beach and everything the area had to offer.The only downside was that there was extremely loud construction taking place in a neighboring condo during part of our stay. However, the host reached out as soon as they became aware of the issue, checked in on us, and went above and beyond to make things right. Their communication, kindness, and genuine concern for our experience were truly appreciated.Despite the unexpected construction, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this condo to others. The exceptional hospitality made all the difference, and we would happily stay here again!

Great location. Easy access to beach, restaurants and 10 minutes from H-E-B in Port Isabel. The unit is very comfortable, nice kitchen and balcony. We had access to three swimming pools. Parking is secured for additional peace of mind. Thank you.
