Summer Salt was one of the nicer beach homes we have ever rented. The home is furnished beautifully and is only one block from the ocean. It’s in the heart of Crystal Beach, so you are close to everything.The elevator was awesome which made loading and unloading a breeze!Also, the upper deck is very large and you can sit under cover no matter what time of day you choose. This home will be our go to in the future.

It was a great girl's weekend at this cabin. Nice, clean, close to the beach and an elevator!!!! A must for the older groups who go. A game changer. Cobbs was wonderful as usual. Have already put a hold on it for next year.

Renting from Cobb is effortless. They have a real office 2 minutes away.Now for the property:1. REAL ELEVATOR (not an exterior lift made for cargo only.)2. FENCED DOUBLE LOT for the pooches and toddlers3. LUXURY FURNISHINGS that won't disappoint4. BEACH VIEWS (as close to beachfront as you can get)We had three guests requiring an elevator. CheckWe have two high energy pooches that run like the wind. CheckGreat kitchen, two fridges, big flatscreens with DISH TV, WIFI, great deck, Weber grill with three swings and huge picnic table on the ground level.Dollar General, Family Dollar, Island Liquor, The Big Store (half supermarket / half Ace Hardware with beachwear, fishing supplies, etc) are all 2-5 minutes away.
