The property is nice with a wonderful view of the water.
It was not made clear to me before booking that no parking is available. Finding parking when visiting Perast is an absolute nightmare!

Fabulous location, with fabulous view of the water front in Perast. We enjoyed watching all the boats large and small going about their busy day! Studio was well equiped and we loved the convenience of having a washing machine. Outside terrace was private and a great size too. The village is busy with people visiting in the day but goes quiet for the evenings. Perast has many lovely bars and restauramts to serve all tastes.Perfect holiday for our age group 50 +.
Only slight improvement for us - would be to provide a toaster in the kitchen.
The outdoor terrace could be improved by adding a couple of sunbeds and the planters need refreshing. Otherwise a perfect stay!

מקום יפיפה, יחסית עם פחות מדרגות. נוף מדהים לים, דירה נוחה ומרווחת מספיק. שקט וקרוב למרכז, נקי מאוד, יש אביזרים לבישול ואכילה.
יש בעיירה מידי פעם הפסקות חשמל והדירה הזו סובלת לא מעט מהן. המארחת לא מגיעה פיזית ולא כל-כך מטפלת בבעיות שצצות אבל המקום עדיין שווה את ההכלה של חסרון זה.

település közepén fekszik és a kiadó sehol nem említette hogy ide nem lehet autóval behajtani csak a település végén lehet lehet parkolni, relatíve drága borsos áron. Igaz van a városba ingyenes transzfer de alig lehet látni. Ha ezt tudjuk nem ezt a települést válasszuk. De a legfontosabb hogy a szobát négy főre vettük ki (két felnőtt két gyerek) de ez a szállás teljesen alkalmatlan erre nincs kihúzható ágy csak egy egyszerű heverő és egy francia ágy. A szállásadó azt mondta hogy láthattuk ezt a fényképen, ami nonszensz ha ezt tudjuk biztos nem ide jövünk. Ez a szoba 2 személyre alkalmas csak. Igy ár értékben kimondottan rossza ajánlat.
túl kicsi szoba ,kevés ágy nem felel meg a keresési preferenciáknak.
