The location is fantastic. Located near the La Cinta, its a quick 10 min walk. Downtown San Teodoro is less than 15 minutes away. Parking is free. The washer works well. The AC in the living area is great. Huge balcony!
The two bedrooms did not have AC, but they did have fans. However, considering the heat, walking from the living room into the bedrooms was a very noticeable temperature change.

"It's a good size top floor apartment, with open space kitchen, large terrace with external table and a wide open view. Plenty of light. Not much noise from the road nearby at night, so we could sleep ..."
