The home was perfect for our group of 13. Jonathan the house manager was amazing. When we needed more paper towels or had questions he replied and helped right away. Being walking distance to the beach and so close to the airport was also key for us. We had a great time!

The house was as described. Location was close to the beach and restaurants. The house, other than the floors, were clean. All necessary furnishings were offered. We wished we had provisioned the house in advance. The property manager was responsive to questions and the few items that arose during our stay.

The house was in the perfect location for what we needed. It is a nice two block walk to the beach. Very convenient and good local restaurant for breakfast and lunch as well as a market a short drive away for groceries. The dishwasher is super small for the number of bedrooms in the house. Would recommend getting plastic cups and disposable dishes to cut down on work. We hired Paul Caroll to come and cook for us one night and it was absolutely fabulous! I would highly recommend him as the owner recommended him and he was very very good.

The location of the house is great and the garage parking is a must as it's a busy street and sometimes you cant get parking since it's close to the beach. Ruben was great and very responsive. The description of the bedroom layout is not accurate. It states that there is a master with an ensuite and an additional room with an en suite in the main house. That is not the case. There is a master with an en suite and 3 additional bedrooms with 2 bathrooms none of which are en suite. The outside grill didn't really work after having to wait for someone to come and change the gas as it was empty. The house itself needs to TLC and a lot of things are just really old. There's a lot of things that are either broken or in desperate need of replacing. For example the umbrella by the pool couldn't be put up as it was missing a pin to hold it up. Shelves missing pieces and couldn't be used as it was unbalanced etc. Hot water in the kitchen was non existent, we had to boil water using a pot.To lock the house is a little weird. You cant lock the main door through the front, you can only lock the gate. You have to lock it from the inside and then go round the back or through the garage to get out. If we weren't together and someone came home early or late, we had to hide keys for the back so they could get in through the back door. The house was expensive per night and we did have a great time. If it wasn't for the location we would have not been happy with the value for money.
