Location
We are unable to check in until 2 hours later. Lower level suite is allocated to us. At the breakfast, we waited for 20 minutes to get our coffee and food. The waitress who served us did not care about our complaint. She said she is too busy. Very bad customer service. Rooftop bar is open to outsiders, guests have no priority . I am not going back next time

Very good breakfast indeed. The selection of local and western food was extensive. Was well worth waking up in time for the breakfast! The service was attentive and courteous.

Excellent location close to the metro and Nanjing Pedestrian Street, with plenty of shopping and dining options nearby. We loved the stunning views, sophisticated interiors, comfortable rooms, and overall atmosphere. The staff were warm, attentive, and made our stay extra special with thoughtful touches such as the birthday surprise, handwritten card, and personalized key card. We also enjoyed the breakfast at Shanghai Tavern and the beautiful high tea experience at YONE.
Nothing significant — overall, we had a wonderful and memorable stay.
