Proche de la plage et de tous les commerces, restaurants et marchés, Appartement au 1er étage, résidence avec jardin et piscines adulte et enfant. Stationnement à l'extérieur et garage en sous-sol. Composé d'une suite literie double,salle de bain avec douche italienne, d'une deuxième chambre avec deux lits , deuxième salle de bains, cuisine et salon avec canapé lit, télévision,salle à manger donnant sur grande terrasse avec barbecue, vue sur piscine. Cuisine entièrement équipée. Vue mer des chambres. Vue piscine de la terrasse.
Situé à cent mètres de la plage,tous commerces, supermarché, boulangerie, boucher, coiffeur, pizzeria, etc au pied de l'immeuble. Le marché aux poissons et aux fruits et légumes se trouve à 5 minutes à pied.
Distance en voiture des golfs de Vilamoura 10 minutes. Distance à pied 10 minutes de la Marina de Vilamoura, de son Casino et de ses boutiques, restaurants, pubs, bars et discothèques. De belles promenades et sorties en bateau pour visiter les grottes , la Ria Formosa, voir les dauphins, sortie pour la pêche en mer et d'autres plages vous sont proposées à partir de la Marina de Vilamoura.

We had a fantastic stay and would happily return.Yvonne was an amazing host. Friendly, helpful and always quick to respond. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing family holiday.We stayed with our two boys (aged 9 and 12) and the apartment worked perfectly for us. The pool was great, the air conditioning worked brilliantly, and we loved having Netflix and YouTube available on the TV for relaxing evenings.The location was excellent, with a supermarket directly across the road and the beautiful Vilamoura Marina just a pleasant 15 minute walk away. One of the things I'll miss most is sitting on the balcony each morning with a coffee and enjoying the surroundings.The area was quiet and relaxing, yet close to everything we needed. We also really enjoyed staying in Quarteira, which felt more authentically Portuguese than nearby Vilamoura.A wonderful family holiday from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Yvonne is the best. She couldn't do more to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment was extremely well equipped. Regret never getting to try our the outside grill. Too busy taking in all the restaurants within walking distance. Close to boardwalk and ocean but far enough away from the noise of the main street.

Yvonne was an excellent host. Sorted airport transfers both ways and allowed early check in. Apartment lovely and clean with air conditioning throughout. Easy walk to Marina or Quarteira with an abundance of restaurants to choose from. Most days we had the pool to ourselves in a very quiet complex. Will definitely return!

Arrived to be met by the lovely owner and she showed us around the apartment, it was spotlessly clean and tidy and a good size. It has everything you need for self catering plus plenty of space to dine if thats what you want, the pool and gardens are kept tidy and when we were there it was quiet and peaceful. A five minute walk to the beach or Quartiera shops or ten minutes walk to Vilamoura marina. We would definitely go back and recommend it to anyone wanting to go there for a self-catering holiday.
