Calme et moderne appartement Hamilton Heights. Quartier sûr, ascenseur dans le bâtiment, à 5 minutes à pied des trains A, B, C et D, à 15 minutes en train de Times Square. Internet haute vitesse, Wifi protégé par mot de passe, bureau de 5 pi avec étagères, téléviseur HD à écran plat de 32 po avec Netflix, Hulu, Pandora et autres fournisseurs de contenu de divertissement numérique. Air conditionné, chauffage et deux grands placards. Salle de séjour / salle de cinéma partagée, salle de bain et cuisine. Machine à laver à pièces dans le bâtiment et parking gratuit dans la rue à l'extérieur. Attendez-vous à un accès facile au reste de la ville par les transports publics ou privés dans un environnement calme et relaxant. Le quartier et le bâtiment sont un mélange de résidents âgés, d'étudiants, d'artistes et de professionnels de toutes nationalités et origines ethniques. Il y a des restaurants à distance de marche si vous voulez manger dehors et beaucoup d'options de menu si vous choisissez de commander. Vous serez à une heure en train du célèbre théâtre Appollo sur la 125e rue historique de Harlem et du célèbre Yankee Stadium dans le Bronx.

Place it’s very spacious and well stocked. Projector is fun. Bedrooms are huge. Livingroom is large. Great place to stay.

Jabari was a very accommodating host and easy to reach out to if there were any issues.
When it comes to the living space, it's very spacious and clean. There is a lot to like about the place: Sharp knives and good cookware, fast internet (enough for me and two friends to work from home with no issues), and washer/dryer in unit!
In my experience going to anything on the west side or down town is very convenient, as the place is very close to A, B, C and D lines and you can take the 1 line if you walk a little bit further. If you want to do anything in mid-town east or upper east side then the commute gets to about an hour.
Only 2 real "issues" from my point of view:
1. The washer/dryer wrinkles up khaki pants/shorts quite a bit. (not that big of an issue as there's laundromats within 2 mins walk)
2. The Projector in the main living area doesn't have the best quality (but if you're in New York you should probably go see the city anyway)
Overall a great place to stay with no real problems that you can't easily work around.

Well furnished kitchen, plenty of bedsheets, towers and cleaning materials. The home cinema sets was the icing on the cake for family time we wanted to spend at home.
