1st Ave Beach House - Olde Naples, Steps to White Sand Beach!
Paradis de la plage côtière! Cette maison Olde Naples classique a ét�� entièrement rénovée en 2016 pour offrir le summum du confort et du style. L'emplacement est à peu près aussi bien que ce qui est - à seulement un pâté de maisons de l'accès à la plage 1st N, un chemin de sable qui mène à l'une des plus belles bandes de sable aux États-Unis! Sortez de votre porte pour attraper les couchers de soleil nocturnes ou profiter des promenades sur la plage tôt le matin pour accueillir une autre belle journée au paradis.
À l'intérieur de la maison, vous trouverez 3 chambres joliment aménagées dans un plan d'étage divis��. Au centre de la maison est la cuisine avec bar petit-déjeuner donnant sur le salon. Une grande salle �� manger offre beaucoup d'espace pour se divertir et la véranda moustiquaire a une autre table à manger en plein air, parfait pour profiter de ces douces brises du golf sur le café ou le d��ner!

Perfectly situated literally steps away from the stunning gulf, I walked with my dogs every evening to see the sunsets and could easily zip to town a minute a way. Quiet unassuming home with all the bells and whistles for your getaway. Beds were comfy and all the furnishings were attractive. Surrounded by multimillion dollar ones but everyone is very welcoming and for the most part private. The yard needs work and the landscaper did a good job of keeping up as best as he could.

We enjoyed our stay in this nicely furnished and well maintained house on 1st Ave N just a few steps from Gulfshore Blvd and the beach.
Having a fresh coffee in the Lanai during sunrise, thereafter a walk on the beach and refreshing swim when temperature rises. And watching the incomparable Naples sunset every evening.
Shops and restaurants on 5th Ave S are only 6 blocks away, also a relaxing walk during the day or in the evening.
A Supermarket and a French bakery are located on 1st Ave S / US 41.
The interior of the house is spacious, more beautiful than visible on the pictures, well equipped and in really good and clean condition.
The price is not cheap but we didn’t regret our decision.
