Hotel Arcsens Tokyo

We loved our stay at Hotel Arcsens. The staff are amazing and the rooms are great. There was enough room for our family of four to stay comfortably considering a lot of hotels in Japan are very small. The kids liked staying in the upper loft beds. Beds were comfortable, and towels and bins could be changed every day if you wanted and they have amenities in the foyer for guests such as toothbrushes, shavers and the like. Everything we needed was there, and the staff are wonderful and so helpful. It is a great spot too - less than a 5 minutes walk to the nearest train line. This was our second time back and we will be sure to stay there again. Cannot wait to go back.

There was nothing we could really fault. We didn’t have any issues during our stay at all.

Really enjoyed the design of the hotel. Peaceful location and close to subway station.

Couldn’t quite get used to the low headroom over the sleeping platform. Would have liked a cafe facility in the lobby.

Location close to the subway is great for the exhausted feet. Personnel at the reception is courteous.

The space is tight for someone coming from the west. There is no closet. Having said that, the double height makes it comfortable to sleep in. The lower beds have a very low ceiling, so you need to be careful when waking up.
