Our kids enjoyed the facility a lot, playrooms especially. We loved the space and comfy beds.

Everything - first rate facilities, great location, and great staff.
Special mention for the hotel handyman who managed to repair my motorcycle - above and beyond the call of duty but regrettably I didn't get his name.

Everything was great from the beginning, great check in (very nice man was checking us in, forgot the name though). I was contacted by reception to check our arrival time and to be informed that in case of after 10pm check in, other steps needs to be follow when it comes to check in. Staff in the restaurant very nice and helpful, both dinner and breakfast.
