Location excellent close to city centre, but just far enough out to be quiet for sleeping

the location was great. they provided adaptors at the apartment. the balcony is as great with a pretty view. friendly staff
it was very cold in there, no daylight in the bedroom/bathroom. everytime someone used the water tap/toilet/shower, a very loud noise appeared for about a minute (very annoying because bedroom and bathroom are combined) the bed was too small, not expecting a ~1.40m bed when booking an apartment for two persons. some of the furtinure was broken or dirty (2 chairs not stable, 1 table on balcony broken, couch dirty)
