It was a great location with easy access to everything in St George. The staff were really nice too!
The sink area in the bathroom had drain flies that got worse every day I was there. (I did mention them to the staff on day 2, but nothing was done to prevent them that day and I left early on day 4). Also, I was surprised how noisy it was in the room! I had been staying at the motel next door for the 3 days prior to moving in, and the room I had there was really quiet.

Very acceptable accommodations for the price.

The room was adequate with enough space to keep my bike inside without it being in the way. I was able to park right outside my room which made it easy to move all of my gear inside! The person cleaning my room found something I'd left in the room and brought it to my car before I left (which I was grateful for).
The place was run-down and dilapidated. The ottoman in the room was tattered and torn. I was genuinely surprised that they thought this was still adequate for guests. No breakfast.
