The Grand Hill Resort-Hotel

I liked the quiet atmosphere and the beautiful view. The staff were helpful and friendly. The hotel is somewhat old; breakfast was good, and the dinner was delicious.

The hotel furniture and furnishings are old.

The room they gave me really have really nice balance with Mountain View

Bon hôtel à Puncak. Les chambres avec vue sur la montagne sont calmes. Petit déjeuner très varié et frais. Bon service en dépit des difficultés de communication. Bon point de départ pour des ballades proches (sinon traffic énorme).

Le nourriture n’est pas formidable

Great ambience. Our room was a connecting room with balconies. The view from out room was quite relaxing to pool, mountain, and river flow. A proper place if you decided to chill in the room.

Only a few hours before check in time, the hotel reached out to inform that the breakfast will be served as ala carte not buffet. The front office also informed that the restaurant will contact us to ask us our preference so that they will prepare for the next day accordingly. In facts until the next morning no one called us. More disappointing when we got the restaurant, they offered us only limited selection of meal where they allow us to select 1 choice only without the possibility to refill. It ended up we need to pay for extra additional meal.
