预定界面显示的地址是办公室地址，实际的入住地址会提前几天通知，房东太太很热情，房间干净舒适，早餐在附近的面包店，无需自己额外付费，住处离汉诺威会展中心2km左右，性价比很高

I am still missing my invoice.

Thanks to availability, the room was upgraded to an apartment for the same price. The surroundings were peaceful and I slept well between the days at Real Estate Arena 2023.
I was made to sign a paper regarding my liability in case of damages - that's okay. However, despite my specific request, the owner did not fill the lines that were there for his and the apartment's information. There was probably no ill intention, but it feels rather strange that there is now somewhere a paper with my signature that, theoretically, anyone can fill with their information and claim that I would be liable for any damage anywhere, for example in another country.
Breakfast was included but it was only bread, toppings and coffee/tea. It was served at a local bakery 150 m away, nice staff there. However, any fruit would have been nice.
