Very clean and tidy.The host Carol was very hospitable and nothing was too much trouble.The beds were comfy and clean and the room was spotless and spacious.

Very friendly & welcoming landlady Carol. Contacted us before hand to confirm arrival time. Facilities were just what we needed for a single nights stay. Because of an early departure the following morning we decided not to take breakfast though it was offered. Location just off the promenade made its location quiet, but within a short walk of the bustling night life around the Tower. Carol also contacted us on our way home to ask if everything had been OK, which it was. Would return if ever looking to stay overnight in Blackpool.

The bed was comfortable
Was a good location for what we required.
Light above the bathroom mirror was not working.
Mentioned this and was told they knew about it.
TV did not work while we were there.
