Jim's a great host, great location.
General comment. Same as all b and b's. A big doona can be too warm. Need an optional lighter blanket.

Location just outside the city wall was within easy walk of main attractions in Derry. Host was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the area and best ways to get to places we wanted to see. Breakfast was huge and very freash.
Room was tiny but manageable for one night or if you're travelling with just a backpack.

Jim was an excellent host, with lots of helpful suggestions where to go for dinner and what to see around town. The bed was comfy with beautiful fresh linen. Cleanliness was outstanding. Excellent cooked breakfast.
