Beautiful, relaxing condo and steps away to the Beautiful Padre Island Beaches
Récemment rénové et joliment décoré 2 chambres, 2 salles de bain à l'étage Condo. Il se trouve à quelques pas des plages de sable du golfe du Mexique et des accès aux plages 19 et 20. Comptoirs de granit cuisine entièrement équipée, écran plat T. V. dans chaque chambre et 55 ”dans le salon, câble, lecteur DVD, laveuse / sécheuse, lits queen et canapé-lit. Piscine et bain à remous avec beaucoup de coin salon, balcon privé arrière avec vue sur la baie et les feux d'artifice de Clayton et le deuxième coin salon à l'avant donnant sur la piscine. Nous aimerions faire de vos vacances à South Padre Island une expérience mémorable en vous offrant un condo qui répond à vos besoins! Situé à quelques pas du Wanna Wanna Beach Bar & Grill, à 1,6 km du Clayton’s Beach Bar & Grill, à 1,6 km du quartier des divertissements et des Stripes de l'autre côté de la rue. Perfect space and location. We enjoyed everything. Host was timely responding. We didn’t utilize the pool cause we took advantage of how close the beach access was. We loved the layout, the small deck in the back - perfect to watch a sunset/sunrise. We absolutely appreciated the beach towels offered to be used. Loved the place!

The home was beautiful and in a great location. My only Crea would be that the host was not very accommodating. I reached out to ask about using the washer and dryer and explain that one of the girls started her cycle and really needed to wash. He did not allow us to use the washer. Also, we are all visually impaired and have some trouble getting into the home. He accidentally left me a voicemail stating that. “ we were making things too difficult.” I did let him know that we received this voicemail and he stated that that wasn’t what he meant but following the experience, we just felt a bit uncomfortable. We reached out about the microwave and let him know that for some reason it wasn’t working and he stated that we were the first to use it, which seemed a little accusatory. Also, checkout time is at 10 AM which is a little early. I messaged him letting him know that we were all waiting on our Ubers as we are all blind and cannot drive. He knocked on the door at 10:05 AM and asked us to leave so we had to wait outside in the rain for our rides.

We enjoyed this property and stay at South Padre Island. The proximity to Wanna Wanna was a plus. The 2 bedroom condo was nice, clean and had all amenities we required. Paul was quick to reply to any concerns.

It was for a friend and her family. All went well. Simple misunderstanding (not reading) on myPart led to a pet problem. Not the owner by far. The dogs were removed and the rest went just fine.
