Communication with the host & staff was very straightforward and easy. They are eager to meet you halfway and always ready to check you in earlier if there's a possibility and notify you about it. The room alhough quite small but has everything necessary.
The apartments are located on the 5th floor of the old building which does not have a working elevator, so it can be hard to get there especially with heavy bags. Hairdryer was visibly in a worn-out state.
