Location and fair price
Every evening water was stopped for 30-40 minutes in the whole block or possibly the whole area

Are parcare.

Very good location! Till beach basically 3 min, shops & restaurants downstairs, till Lidl is 1 km, parking is on the place, self check in. Owner provides all neccessary information you need, we even got a present: bottle of my favourite kind of wine ❤️
In the bedroom no air-conditioning, and it can be quite hot.
We also got "lucky" with party neighbors till 4 a.m dancing and singing menele.🤕
