A perfect place for longer stay. Comfortable, spacy, quiet, good communication to the city and the beach. Shops, bakery, atm in the range of 100-200m. A good choice for a family with 3+kids or two couples with 2 kids. The livingroom and the terrace are great. So you have a good time at the beach and the city, coming back to the apartment and enjoying the time there.
