Good

perfect for a quick overnight stay, ideally located right next to a huge supermarket so could get anything you wanted or needed. nice apartment building, the area felt very safe. quick to reach airport.

wifi and connection was very poor and there were a few mini bugs/cockroaches lurking if we had to say anything.

Superb

The best place to stay near to airport... Back side of SM Sucat which is the best thing. Check in process is very smooth... Will stay here next time...🙂🙂🙂

Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

I like the location because it is near supermarket and mall.

We didn't like the attitude of the security guards and the admin clerk of the building we stayed in - how they reacted and dealt with some of the issues we encountered during our stay. They are unconcerned and not helpful.

IT WAS AN AWESOME STAY, VERY AFFORDABLE :)

The owner is really easy to contact. He communicate well with the guest. Since the facility is fully furnished, it really helped a lot. I can say that it's really worth the price. The whole stay was awesome.

The negative thing is that the C.R has no ventilation. There is leak in the kitchen sink which cause some water in the floor. It really takes some time and force to open the door because of the knob.
