Cleanliness, location (Walking distance from Con Dao port)
The room's a bit small.
The stair's a little narrow.

What a lovely spot. Right by the sea yet tucked away in a petite alley. Hosts are cordial with warm hearts. Bed is comfy, plenty of hot water, and a serene space. Sitting on the porch is a delight during rain showers.
