Friendly staff, the owner Vasilis was very helpful from the get go, offered free airport transfer if we paid in cash. Offered daily free rides to city one way, minimal charge of two way. Always available to respond for any request. The hotel itself is very well kept, very clean, private hot tub/Jacuzzi is well maintained, very spacious, decent breakfast option.

More kitchen vessels & a Washing machine would have been useful. Nevertheless you have basic utensils & cutlery.

The property was excellent it looked even better than the pictures especially the jacuzzi it was way bigger than what we expected. It was clean and had everything we needed.The breakfast was great as well! The location is peaceful and quiet and we really liked having our privacy. It was a 15 minute walk away from the centre of Fira but it was an uphill so it was a pretty hard walk.However, at night and coming back is easy so i would recommend booking a taxi from the property to Fira in the mornings where its too hot to walk but then walking back because its easier.The stuff was friendly and always willing to help. We got offered rides for free which was extremely kind of them and definitely saved us money. We are soo happy we stayed here and we can’t wait to come back!

Nothing. We liked everything.The pool was too cold so we didn’t get to swim, however it was windy so that was probably why.
