Good evening, Four Seasons Hotel Bengaluru at Embassy ONE Team, I wanted to take a moment to share our experience and express our heartfelt gratitude to you and your entire team. This was our second stay at your hotel, and once again, we left feeling deeply grateful for the exceptional hospitality, warmth, and care we received from everyone. From the driver who welcomed us at the airport to the reception agent who recognized us and thoughtfully arranged for us to stay on the same floor as we did last April, we felt welcomed from the very beginning. We were especially delighted to reconnect with our dear friend, Rakesh Shetty, and relieved to learn that he was still part of the management team. He welcomed us with open arms and made our stay truly memorable. We are particularly grateful for his outstanding spirit of service, the meaningful conversations we shared, and the genuine passion and love he has for the Four Seasons brand. He embodies what makes this hotel so special. Our sincere thanks also go to the entire team, who worked so diligently to ensure that every detail was perfect. We would especially like to recognize Ms. Praise, Vishnu, and the young lady at the dessert station, as well as Deepak at the Indian food station. Their kindness, attentiveness, and dedication made each experience special. We are equally grateful to the housekeeping team for keeping everything impeccable. A special thank-you goes to the wonderful driver who took us around the city for four hours. He was one of the kindest people we have ever met and made our time exploring Bengaluru such a pleasure. I would also like to thank the spa team for making it possible for me to enjoy some much-needed rest and relaxation each day while my husband was at work.
