Grand appartement à Amsterdam sud, dans une rue calme, à proximité du centre de conférence RAI et du magnifique parc Beatrix. Restaurants et boutiques au coin de la rue. À 15 minutes à pied du musée Rijks et du musée Van Gogh. 1/2 heure de marche des places principales et des zones piétonnes du centre-ville d'Amsterdam. L'appartement est proche des tramways numéro 12 et numéro 4, ainsi que du métro et de la gare RAI.
L'appartement s'étend sur trois étages. Au premier étage, il y a une cuisine, une salle de bain, un salon avec un petit balcon, une chambre à coucher avec un double mauvais, et une salle de travail, avec un canapé, qui pourrait être utilisé comme un mal supplémentaire, si nécessaire. À l'étage supérieur, il y a une deuxième salle de bain et une chambre avec des escaliers qui mènent au troisième niveau, avec un autre double mauvais et une immense terrasse sur le toit.
L'appartement est très bien équipé, avec grande télévision, WiFi, toutes les installations de cuisine, laveuse et sécheuse.

We had a great stay at Dejana’s apartment.It is located in a great part of the city,quiet and peaceful,but only a short walk to de Pijp and the museum area.The apartment is great,cozy and comfortable,thoughtfully decorated with a lovely roof top deck.Great experience all around,easy check in and great communication with the hosts.

This apartment is beautiful and in a great neighborhood. It's a 10-minute walk to an Albert Heijn grocery, the Metro, and the no. 12 Tram. We loved the location and the host's recommendations. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the host was extremely responsive. 4 sleeping areas and 2 bathrooms are hard to find in Amsterdam. This apartment was perfect for our family of 4. We really loved staying here, and cannot recommend highly enough.

The house is on a quiet, friendly street quite close to shops, restaurants, and transport. It’s easy to get anywhere in the city or surrounding area from there. We were a group of four older siblings and there was plenty of room for us all. Dejana was a very responsive host. All around, a fabulous place to stay in Amsterdam!

Stayed here to attend a conference at RAI. easy walk to the RAI. Tram & metro near by. Walkable to great restaurants & supermarkets. Residential area (rather than tourist)Agree that stairs are steep. Not clear in listing: there are 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed (comfy). The study has a sofa bed & opens off the dining room (but no door to make it a separate room). At the very top of the house is another room leading onto the roof terrace that has a sofa bed. The house was well equipped. Lovely living room. The owner was friendly & responsive.
