Clean, beautiful building, great location and silent, considering the busy street outside. I could sleep without problems. The room looked like a hotel room, the shower behind the beds, really inviting. Room is also equipped with hotel shoes.

The video that shows the check-in step by step was extremely annoying, because at the step showing how to open the key locker it gives a code that isn't valid. In the video, instead of that code, should be clearly specified to pause the video and go l on WhatsApp to find it, but with so many kilometers of messages, you will not think about scrolling to find a code when the video is already showing you a code. Maybe the code message should even have a big red emoji to find it easier. It's confusing, and when your trip includes more cities and different accommodations, you really don't have time to read all those messages and instructions. It really needs to be more intuitive. Another advice, very important: the stairs in the flat aren't symmetrical and there's a warning that you can only see when you climb. But when you go down it's much more dangerous and the first time there's little chances you can remember that they're not symmetrical. Very dangerous.

Location was PERFECT! I'd stay in this exact location if I ever come back to Naples! Beautiful hotel & clean room. Felt safe & quiet and the train station was just down the street! Shower was huge and bed was comfortable. AC also worked very well!

Check-in was a little difficult since no one was present. Breakfast at the hotel was pretty much non-existent (just a couple pre-packaged crackers). I believe there was a second breakfast provided down the street but we didn't receive any instructions & didn't see a staff member at any point during our stay.

Location is amazing. Main streets of Napoli are 200 meters from it. Also, it is very quite and very safe and secure.

The air conditioning. The position of it doesnt allow for you to sleep without getting a direct blow in the head.

Initially we were nervous about the location but it turned out to be very convenient for what we needed.

Aircon unit is badly placed directly over the side of the bed. It was old and noisy and difficult to get a comfortable temperature because it was so close to the side of the bed so cold would be directed straight at whoever was lying on that side. The city of Napoli is old that doesn’t mean the equipment in the room needs to be old. Fridge was not very cold. In 2 days we couldn’t get it to make a small tray of ice. Very limited breakfast offering with the voucher supplied for the cafe across the street.
