We absolutely loved the apartment. It's neat, tidy and exceptionally well equipped with just about anything you might need for a longer stay. The district is very quiet (except when Croatian football team wins), and we didn't hear the neighbours at all. There's a large supermarket just across the railway, a bunch of coffee places, a mini park, reasonable beach access and a few ocean view points. Rijeka center is easily reachable by bus, but is also ~25m away by walking.
Was not a problem for us, but other travellers might take notice: as the listing says, there's no internet; it's pretty high up with no lift; nearby auxillary railroad brach sees some traffic from time to time.

it was clean and tidy, in the apartment was everything we needed
they said there is a view at sea, but what they didn’t say, that you will have a sky scraper and a pole in the view, even though you are in 5th floor. No wifi.
apartment is next to a railroad and it honks every hour or so, even in night time! Very noisy and problematic
