A very special property that exceeds your expectations. Surrounded by pristine gardens and in a quiet, very private location, this villa is a tranquil haven for those seeking some down time. The pool and terrace area was outstanding and the hosts were lovely to work with. Highly recommended and we will be back.

We had the most wonderful stay at this villa, from the moment the automatic gates opened, it felt like entering a private oasis. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lemon trees, vines, roses and multiple seating areas, offering plenty of space to relax. The large pool was exceptional, with gorgeous views, lots of sun loungers, and a well-equipped pool house. Extras like table tennis, boules, a pizza oven and barbecue made it perfect for both relaxation and fun.Inside, the house was spotless, exceptionally well maintained, and equipped with everything you could possibly need. The beds were extremely comfortable, the air conditioning was excellent, and the mosquito screens made a real difference.Communication with the host was outstanding, and the nearby housekeepers were kind and helpful. The location is ideal for exploring the South of France, with easy access to Cagnes-sur-Mer station and surrounding resorts. Despite previous comments we’d seen, getting Ubers was quick and easy.This villa combines privacy, comfort and thoughtful amenities in a beautiful setting. It exceeded our expectations and we wouldn’t hesitate to return.

We rented the house in order to work on a project for a week. Everything was perfect from beginning to end. Catherine was very helpful with all information that we needed before we booked and up until our arrival, and Marianne and Gerard looked after us and the house in the best way when we arrived. The house, the garden and the pool is well looked after and everything hold a high standard, and you have everything you need, including in the kitchen. The house and the garden provided the perfect environment for working (and relaxing) for a group of colleagues working together for a week. we had working meetings both inside and outside (in October), and there was also plenty of inspiring places to sit and do individual work. We planned for several activities in the area, but ended up spending most of the time at the house and prepare most of the meals there as well because we enjoyed staying there so much. I could not be happier with my choice, and really hope to be able to visit again.
