Fantastically located apartment with a wonderful mountain view in Nonn
L'appartement spacieux se compose d'un grand salon, cuisine séparée, 2 chambres doubles, 1 salle de bain (baignoire), 1 WC. Le salon et une chambre ont accès au jardin qui peut être utilisé. La cuisine est entièrement équipée avec une machine à café, une bouilloire, des ustensiles de cuisine et de repas, une cuisinière électrique avec four et lave-vaisselle. Dans le salon, il y a une table à manger et un coin salon confortable. WiFi, TV et bac à sable disponibles.
L'appartement non-fumeur avec environ 85 m est situé sur tout l'étage du rez-de-chaussée d'une maison pour 2 familles avec une magnifique vue panoramique sur toutes les montagnes.
La maison est dans un endroit isolé au-dessus de l'église Nonner et est à seulement 3 km du centre-ville de Bad Reichenhall, qui peut être atteint à pied ou en vélo à travers le Nonner Au. L'emplacement fantastique combine le soleil, la tranquillité et les montagnes sans être loin du charme urbain et des destinations d'excursion populaires. Un lieu de vacances idéal pour les familles ou les clients en quête de calme et de détente. La ville de Mozart de Salzbourg, le Salzkammergut, Berchtesgaden, le Königssee et le magnifique Chiemgau sont accessibles en peu de temps. Votre appartement est entouré de sentiers de randonnée et de nature (vous pouvez partir en randonnée directement de la maison au Hochstaufen).

We look forward to returning in the next few years and renting the same house because we loved it so much. The pictures don't give it any justice, and the spectacular view of my hometown from the terrace and the serenity of the location made us look forward to coming home from day trips to nearby sightseeing attractions. (Salzburg and Berchtesgaden are 19 kilometers away in opposite directions) Everything was nearby, and we covered a lot of walking trails in Bad Reichenhall and the surrounding areas. We got there during a hot weather spell, and the house’s location had a nice cooler breeze in the mornings and evenings. We enjoyed that as well. I had to do some remote work, and we were perfectly connected, with no interruptions. The meadows around us had a flock of sheep, and there were horses. The church down below announced the time and is a beloved community-kept landmark. The home was clean and kitchen had all that I needed. The bathrooms were classic European that I'm accustomed to, so I can't compare them with what we used to in the U.S. I would highly recommend this little gem in the lower meadows of Nonn. Can't wait for another visit.

Wunderschöne Aussicht, zuvorkommende und sehr freundliche sowie bemühte Gastgeber, großzügige Ferienwohnung, perfekte Innentemperatur bei Hitze, gemütlicher Garten mit Terrasse, großes Plus für die ruhige Lage

This is a fairly spacious 2 bedroom ground floor apartment in a very quiet location on a hill with beautiful views. There is a shared garden and use of a few garden chairs on the garden path. The apartment stays fairly cool in the hot weather. It was very helpful that Margarete met us at the property on arrival to show us around and answer our questions. We appreciated her warm welcome.
Overall we found the apartment rather tired and lacking in several items that would have made our stay more pleasant ie toaster, microwave oven, vegetable peeler, baking dish, serving spoons, bedside tables, bedside lamps, bath towels (we were given 9 hand towels for our family of 5), towel rail in the bathroom, clothes hook in the bathroom, lightweight blankets and sheets (there were only very warm duvets). The kitchen is badly designed with cupboards over the hob and sink, and there was no cupboard or shelf space for our groceries.
The apartment was fairly clean, just some cobwebs.
Be aware that there is a tourist tax of 3.40 euros per person per day payable on arrival.
Although Bad Reichenhall is not an attractive town, it is a convenient location from which to explore more scenic locations in Bavaria such as around Berchtesgaden and also within easy reach of Salzburg and the Alps. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
