TUI BLUE Adriatic Beach - Adults Only - All Inclusive

The hotel is located in a beautiful spot right on the Adriatic Sea, surrounded by mountains, so the views are definitely a highlight. The all-inclusive package includes a gym and two saunas. The food at breakfast, lunch, and dinner was decent, although the desserts weren't particularly tasty despite offering some variety. Drinks were pretty standard for an all-inclusive hotel — nothing special, but nothing to complain about either. There are several bars serving drinks and snacks throughout the day. Unfortunately, the beach bar was closed during our stay, but the pool bar is nearby. Almost every evening, there were live bands performing, which we really enjoyed. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The staff and service were good overall, without any particular highlights or complaints.

This is more of a "yes, but..." situation, as several aspects could be improved. Parking: The parking lot is quite small considering the size of the hotel, and parking costs €8 per day. Spaces cannot be reserved, so you're lucky if you get one upon arrival. I'd recommend leaving your car parked there, as you might struggle to find another spot if you return later. Beach and pool access: Getting between the beach or pool and the hotel involves climbing several fairly large stairways. This could be challenging for older guests or anyone with mobility issues. Sauna area: There are two saunas, but the surrounding area doesn't seem to be cleaned regularly, so the floor gets quite wet over time. Room amenities: Free bathrobes and slippers are available, but you have to explicitly ask for them. Our room had a nice balcony, but there was no drying rack for clothes or towels, and the bathroom lacked a convenient place to hang wet items. Noise and lighting: The gap between the room door and the floor is surprisingly large, so you can hear a lot of what's happening in the hallway. The hallway noise can be quite annoying. Another frustrating detail is the use of motion sensors instead of presence sensors in some areas. The lights can switch off while you're standing still waiting for the elevator, leaving you in complete darkness until you move around to reactivate them. Wi-Fi: The Wi-Fi was awful and definitely needs improvement. The room was clean but not particularly spacious. Overall, the hotel covers the basics well, but these small inconveniences add up and prevent the stay from being as comfortable as it could be.

Un peu déçue par la vision de panneaux solaires depuis notre chambre ,et le 1er étage alors que j'avais demandé une belle vue sur la mer; Beaucoup de marches 80 pour aller à la plage ou piscine

The views are amazing and the food 10/10. Our room was always cleaned to perfection and staff so friendly. Great access to the beach and plenty of loungers near the pool.

The location is quite isolated so there isn’t anywhere really to walk to but we knew this when we booked so it didn’t change our stay. Parking of our rental car was also quite difficult so we didn’t want to move it! Again didnt impact our stay as our plan was to be hotel based and the hotel was brilliant!

Ruined vacation

Ruined vacation 🙁 My wife and I got severe food poisoning after lunch at the hotel restaurant. On these days we had breakfast and lunch at the hotel, so we could only get food poisoning at the hotel. The reception staff refused to accept an application for compensation for a ruined vacation. We lived in room 2005 with a pool, the room is located next to the stairs to the main pool and the sea, there are a lot of people vacationing in the hotel and a large number of people constantly walking past our pool was very uncomfortable. The cost of the room is 2465 euros. We have a ruined vacation for a high price. We don't recommend it.
