Excellent location, clean and comfortable the four of us.

This is apartment is beautiful. Our stayover in Aveiro was a last minute decision and we booked this apartment 3 hours before we arrived at it. It was ready for us and the owner even assisted us in storing our baggage. The beautiful outdoor space was such a treat. Clean, modern, and value for money. Perfect scores. We will definitely recommend this apartment.

L’emplacement
Thankfully, we only stayed in this apartment for one night.
The host was inconsiderate. He kept us waiting outside the apartment — despite it being ready — under 35°C heat and with an elderly person (80 years old), for over an hour simply because check-in was at 4:00 p.m. and not 3:00 p.m.
The bathrooms have a bad odor, and sewer smells rise.
I suggest the host to be more mindful of his guests.
